• navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
• listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is
An accessibility audit carried out in February 2026 identified a number of issues affecting WCAG Level A and AA success criteria. These issues have since been reviewed and addressed by our development team.
Following these improvements, the websites are compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
Accessibility is an ongoing process and we regularly review our websites to identify and address any potential accessibility issues.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 16th March 2026. It was last reviewed on 16th March 2026
These websites were last tested on 20th February 2026. These websites were tested for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.2 level A and AA, and the test was carried out by Web Usability Partnership Ltd.
A representative sample of pages across the Leicester Creative Business, LCB Depot, Phoenix Square and Makers Yard sites was tested. We used the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) approach to deciding on a sample of pages to test.
Following the audit, issues identified during testing were addressed and improvements were implemented to ensure the websites meet accessibility requirements.
